Sam Raimi took Terry Goodkind’s fantasy novels and turned them into a “faithful” adaptation in the form of a rare bird in the media landscape these days – a syndicated television series. No newbie to this format, Raimi who at times produces such drivel as Spiderman 3, and others such marvelous fare as Army of Darkness, is also behind Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules – both somewhat tongue-in-cheek post-modern revivals of the epic warrior sagas of olde.
This latest effort, known as The Legend of the Seeker, and in its second season on ABC, has seen mixed reviews from the critics – some awarding it top marks for its panoramic cinematography of New Zealand and high production values, while others missed the fun of the earlier series.
Regardless, the show is worth watching if, for nothing else, the Mord’Sith character Cara played by drop-dead gorgeous Australian actress Tabrett Bethell. Virtually always dressed in skin-tight crimson red leather, the buxom blonde, blue-eyed beauty has the dreamy eyes of Cate Blanchett, the pouty lips of uh… just watch the show and drool.
Tabrett Bethell will soon be a household name, but today she is our Super-Hot-Chick.

i enjoy the show as much as i do good acting and i think tabrett is a fine actress. Would love to see her other works. Lovely and talented.
I love Tabrett Bethell from Legend of the Seeker. She has played the role of Cara beautifully.
